CONTENT IN THE GOOD SHEPHERD’S CARE.
Psalm 23:1b
Book: A Shepherd Looks at Psalm 23, by W. Phillip Keller
Intro.: Jehovah – the Lord God of Israel, Jesus Christ – God Incar-
nate, the Creator of all things wants to be your Shepherd!
He chose to create you as the object of His own affection, He has
bought you by His precious blood, & He will continually care
for you.
If you choose to let God be Lord in your life, then you “shall not
be in want”!
“Not Want” = (Heb.) not to lack or be deficient. But, also, to be
so content so as not to crave or desire anything more.
I. The Good Shepherd Cares for His Sheep.

- Those who Trust God to be their owner and manager will know His tender mercies and love.
